Based on the developments of the -19 pandemic, Excelsior Pain Management has made prudent changes to ensure your safety.

1. Starting March 30, we are transitioning to Telemedicine visits while still offering procedures in clinic one day a week. This measure ensures your health and safety while minimizing your need to leave home.

2. Patients with respiratory symptoms within the past 30 days (including: difficulties breathing, temp over 100.4°, cough) are asked to postpone their appointment and contact their primary care provider (P*P).

3. Patients will have their temperature taken upon entering the facility and will receive prescreening. If any symptoms are present you will be asked to reschedule your visit.
