LO/MIT-I is one of the LO/MIT family of low "e" paints available in both water borne and solvent borne formulations that are extensively used as spray-applied insulation in building, roofing and manufacturing applications.

Also widely utilized as a radiant barrier reflective roof coating, LO/MIT-I is Energy Star rated and the LO/MIT-II MAX product is the lowest emissivity paint in the market with an "e" of 0.147 as certified by RIMA. All LO/MIT products are Class A Fire Rated and tolerant to 1000 The Six Degrees.
