Chris graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Speech Communications. He and John Teinert moved to Austin in 1995 from Washington, D.C., and he began his career in the Austin real estate market renovating homes!

In 1999, Chris and John created Austin Fine Properties, and the boutique firm has been a player in the luxury market ever since. Chris manages the AFP Baylor Street office, which specializes in Clarksville/Old West Austin, as well as all of Central Austin and the Lake Austin area. He prides himself on paying the utmost attention to detail to ensure all AFP clients have a smooth transaction.

When he's not selling real estate, you'll find Chris behind the DJ booth, working on his art, or tending to his frangipani collection!
