Today marks five years of planting seeds, nurturing vision, and growing alongside our Austin community.
What began as a simple idea, a space for artists, creatives, and community to gather, be seen, and flourish. RAG has grown into a living garden of creativity, culture, connection, and healing.

As Austin’s only Black-owned art gallery, we are honored to cultivate a space that welcomes all while centering the voices, stories, and contributions that enrich our city’s creative landscape.

To every artist who trusted us with their work, every volunteer who gave their time, every partner who shared our vision, and every guest who has walked through our doors, you have helped water this garden.

Like a rose, this journey has carried seasons of beauty, challenge, resilience, and transformation. And still, we continue to bloom.

Join us June 12–13 as we celebrate five years of RichesArt Gallery with a weekend of art, fashion, music, and community.

🎨 Synthesis — Our 5th annual Mental Health Exhibition sponsored by Contigo Wellness, featuring 30 artists and 40+ works exploring healing, identity, and emotional transformation through art.

👗 The Garden Fashion Show — An immersive runway experience featuring 6 designers, 40+ models, live performances, DJs, a vendor market, food, drinks, and the opening reception of Synthesis.

🚤 5-Year Anniversary Boat Party — Continue the celebration on the water with food, drinks, live DJs, interactive art experiences, a live art battle, and an official afterparty.
