I make and sell custom, water-weighted hula hoops for the hips, arms, and legs. I also give lessons on hooping tricks and tips. I can teach you anything from dancing with a hoop, to hooping with multiple hoops, to arm and leg tricks, to basic exercises you can do with an allie hoop.
I apologize for my lack of activity, folks! I have been focusing on my health and getting my Crohn's disease back into remission. I'm still available for hoop orders, just no lessons/events for the time being. Thank you all for you support!
