One year ago, my husband and I stepped out in faith to launch New Creation Church ATX ⛪️✨.On Sunday September 14, we celebrated one year of God’s goodness with joy 🎉, ordinations 🙌, and thanksgiving 🙏. We are so grateful for the amazing serve team God has brought alongside us ❤️. All for His Kingdom 👑, all for His glory 🌟.

My heart broke when I learned that Charlie Kirk, an American Christian and political faith activist, was shot and killed on September 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah Valley University.

It is always a tragedy when a life is taken, but this one hits especially hard because I have followed Charlie’s work for years. I admired what he stood for—faith, family, and love for his country. He encouraged young people to marry and build strong families, even when that message went against cultural norms. He was bold in addressing issues like gender and truth, where many Christians stayed silent out of fear. He loved America and was never afraid of debate.

It is senseless that his life was cut short simply because someone disagreed with his beliefs. We will never agree with everyone, but we must defend the right of all people to speak TRUTH. Charlie’s death is a wake-up call for Christians everywhere: stop hiding your faith. Be bold in what you believe. Pursue God. Pursue family. Love the country you live in.

May God comfort his wife, Erika, their two children, and strengthen the work of Turning Point USA to continue the mission Charlie so passionately championed.
