B vitamin supplement for breakfast, aka lamb liver from the majestic

Microbes produce B vitamins as well as communicate with the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body oscillate between fight or flight and rest and digest in a way that facilitates your survival.
When you have assaults on the microbial integrity, gut lining, intestinal mucin, etc. due to TBI, antibiotics, and vaccines, this dramatically reduces your body’s capacity to produce b vitamins.
B vitamins are crucial to sleep and energy pathways of the body.
Turns out I may have been “doxxed” by doxycycline which creates a microbial and thiamine deficiency.
Then the vaccine created a more severe deficiency pushing me over the edge. Many vax injured or long covid people have dysautonomia.
Recently I had a dysautonomic flare up, and ALL my symptoms point to beriberi:
Impaired glucose metabolism
Insomnia
Pin pricks (peripheral neuropathy) from elevated blood sugar
Anxiety
