Housing Connector enables people with barriers, such as low credit scores, prior evictions, and voucher acceptance to gain access to quality housing. With financial guarantees and dedicated landlord support, they reduce barriers and unlock more homes for people who need them most.

Just announced! GreenLight Fund Miami is bringing Housing Connector to Miami-Dade County to expand access to stable housing and help more residents find a place to call home.

Housing Connector partners with landlords, community organizations, and case managers through a tech-powered marketplace that removes common barriers to housing. Over the next four years, the organization aims to house 2,400 people in Miami, unlocking more available units and strengthening housing stability across the region.
