Hope in Motion Across Kerr County

Thanks to a Disaster Response Grant from Texas Methodist Foundation, Light on the Hill at Mount Wesley is strengthening their community in powerful ways.

This week alone, 400 families received 18,000 pounds of fresh food — while 31 disaster case managers now serve more than 600 households through a new on-campus coordination center.

From bilingual health navigators to transitional housing and volunteer rebuild teams, this grant is turning generosity into organized, lasting hope.

Thank you, TMF donors, for investing in Kerr County’s future.
