You represent and warrant that you and any person appearing or who are identifiable in the submission consent to the use of the submission, as well as your name and likeness as set forth herein. Your submission also grants to J1S Music Group, its owner, and all affiliated entities permission to use your name and likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further notice, permission, compensation or consideration of any kind in any and all media now known or later devised, in any manner, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law. Your submission does not create any obligation on the part of J1S Music Group, its owner or any affiliated entity to make any particular use or any use at all of part or all of the content contained in your submission.
