Looking for a skilled carpenter for a great opportunity.

Local remodeling company looking for a well-rounded carpenter ready to learn more.
Our projects include:
kitchens
baths
room upgrades
detail custom work
decks
painting
whole house remodels

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with most phases of construction/remodeling
including light framing, general carpentry, install doors and windows, problem-solving, light plumbing, light electric, maybe a little drywall patching, etc. I don't necessarily need someone to do everything, but at least several of these trades and a willingness to learn more. I have subs who take care of the bulk of the specialty phases.
Must have tools to be able to do most of these things and a VERY reliable vehicle.
I don't want any drama, no smoking on the job site, must show up on time and communicate well.
I have a steady stream of great work on some fun projects and a great environment for someone who knows what they are doing and likes to do it.
