Coach James Q

What the hell am I going to do?
That’s the question I asked myself as I contemplated my next move.
I had just invested well over $20K in various coaching programs.
I had all the tools.
I had the drive.
Hell, I even had a plan.
What the hell was I missing?
Why wasn’t I able to figure this out?
I basically hit a wall putting my program together.
Has this ever happened to you?
🤷🏽♂️ You have everything you need
🤷🏽♂️ You know what to do
🤷🏽♂️ However you’re struggling to connect the dots
Yea that was me.
Here’s my aha moment and I’d like you to play a long with me for a second.
Let’s have some fun together 😉
👉🏼Look at your phone really closely.
Hard to read my words now huh?
Now pull the phone back a bit and adjust your vision.
Much easier to see and you’re able to actually read the words again right?
That’s exactly what I was experiencing.
I was standing way too closely to my work. I was emotionally way too involved.
I could not see the answers until I actually stopped for a moment, took a step back and adjusted my vision.
Here’s how I came to that conclusion.
💫My coach.
She could see the things I could not because she was not overly emotionally invested and she had a 50Ft view rather than being so close.
That alternative point of view allowed her to ask the right questions which allowed me to find the answers that were staring at me the whole time.
By asking someone else who isn’t as attached as you are for a different perspective, they are able to see the things you can’t.
That’s why I decided to put together a series of FREE workshops together for you.
💥The Spark Your Profits workshop series begins tomorrow.
I will provide

How many times have you rolled your eyes at clients for being upset over the results they did not get because of the work they did not do?
Before you judge them, let’s take a hard look within.
🤔How’s your time and energy management?
🤔What’s your 2021 marketing plan and budget?
🤔How much work have you put into improving your sales game?
I’m not throwing shade, in fact let’s call this tough Dad love. I’m trying to show you that it’s easy to coach others however the hard part is actually coaching yourself.
When we don’t practice what we preach such as
👉🏼 getting outside of our comfort zones
👉🏼 doing things that are challenging
👉🏼 have discipline
We start to feel like frauds and that starts to show up in the way we coach and hold others accountable.
🤷🏽♂️We start to let things slide like clients showing up late or missing appointments.
🤷🏽♂️We start to feel guilty about saying anything when clients are late sending over payments because guess what....
We haven’t actually been great in that area ourselves.
There is a trickle down effect in everything that you do.
“The way you do anything is the way you do everything”.
💯I love that quote because from making my bed to brushing my teeth all the way to squatting and ultimately even doing my customer billing.
♻️It’s all connected.
👉🏼The best part about running your own business is you are in full control.
👉🏼The hardest part about running your own business is it’s all on you.
Therefore it all comes down to the expectations and values you design for yourself.
❓Will you build the discipline it will take to execute on those expectations and values?
❓Will you challenge yourself to show up and keep the promises you make to yourself and others?
❓Will you focus working ON your business as much as you focus working IN your business?
It’s easy to do the coaching part.
It’s the business part that you can’t forget about.
