At Rainmaker, we understand that the current situation caused by COVID-19 is dynamic and changing daily. Like you, we are continuing to monitor the situation and are prepared to make necessary decisions based on the information we receive.

We want you to know that we are committed to doing what we reasonably can to service our clients, contribute to the small business economy, and continue to support our employees. We have been offering virtual file transfer options to our clients for years, and will continue to do so during this time. We have Project Managers able to work remotely on projects and productions, so please reach out to us if you are not familiar with those options. We are dedicated to helping your reach your productions obligations during this time.

Our scanning and printing operations are continuing with the addition of safety procedures in our facility. We are keeping our in-office staff at a limited number, and working in smaller shifts, but we are available for pick-up and delivery of projects, and can arrange an exchange procedure that will limit contact.
