HungerX.org was organized for the purpose of connecting the hungry with people willing to feed them, provide prayer and encouragement and spread the word of God. This is how:
The Voucher Stations (something like a photo booth style kiosk, or an ATM style box, depending on the location and situation) are placed in key locations like in front of grocery stores, discount department marts, restaurants
, homeless shelters, churches, and town squares etc… These Voucher Stations are equipped with Cameras (at least one), a printer, a touch screen, speakers, microphone, information on nearby resources and more. The Donor or multiple Donors worldwide can access any HungerX Voucher Station and view the live camera Through HungerX.org or through the HungerX phone App. The Donation gift goes through the HungerX fund and vouchers are dispensed to the hungry at each Voucher Station. The Hungry need only ask to receive. The hungry utilize the Voucher Station which is connected to the HungerX website and HungerX Phone App. The donation vouchers are printed on site and can be redeemed at a participating partner in the HungerX program. Revelation 3:20 says: Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. The Voucher will have a barcode, an expiration date, a photo of the recipient, and directions to the participating partner or partners where the voucher can be redeemed. In some situations there may be local resources available at the time the voucher is issued in which case the hungry will be directed to that location. For Example: If it is 10 am Tuesday and there is a local soup kitchen 3 blocks away that is open at that time, the voucher will direct the hungry to that location. In addition to local recources each voucher will convey a positive message, scriptures and prayers. John 4: 13-14 Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. The HungerX Goal is to work with local Churches and resource centers to help each hungry person become participating members of the body of Christ.
