Tonight from 8-12 AM my other company, collective blue, is putting on Havana Nights – a night of vibrant colors, Cuban-inspired food, and latin beats.

Havana Nights is one of Lemongrass's first public events, and I'm excited to collaborate with my chef friend Sakif Khan to create some Cuban-inspired small bites for y'all:

*Cuban sandwiches with jalapeño-cubanelle jam on Texas toast
*Tostones with sofrito salsa and mojo verde sauce
*Arroz con leche with fresh lime and lemon zest
