The Canopy House gets its name from the large covered deck at the pool courtyard, around which all the public spaces of the home are organized. Despite deep overhangs, custom steel windows and an open and airy stair bring in plenty of natural light to the living room.

Hidden in plain sight…
Our Belgian Modern House project is a full remodel, working with a limited existing footprint on a small lot. Integrating seamless hidden storage and designing rooms for multiple uses maximizes how our client is able to use her home. Her office allows her space to work from home, and a concealed murphy bed converts the room into a guest room whenever needed.
