Brett Weiss Words: Retro Video Game Books & Videos is a longtime gaming journalist, author, and retro gaming historian with more than 25 years of professional writing experience. He has written over a dozen books focused on classic gaming, covering systems such as the NES, Super NES, Atari 2600, ColecoVision, and Sega Genesis.

In addition to authoring books, Brett has written more than 1,600 published articles for outlets including Game Informer, Fangoria, Filmfax, Old School Gamer, and Comics Buyer’s Guide.
