After time in deep meditation practice, Ray and I are returning just in time to gather for Return to Radiance this Saturday evening.
This ceremony is a space to reconnect with clarity, vitality, sound, stillness, and the light within.

Ray and I are preparing to leave for a 10-day meditation intensive.
We’ll be away during part of the lead-up to the Summer Solstice, and it feels meaningful to enter deep practice before returning to hold a ceremony devoted to light, sound, renewal, and intention.
Our Summer Solstice Ceremony: Return to Radiance is Saturday, June 20 at Flow Yoga Westgate.
The evening will include movement, breath, Ray’s live music, sound healing with bowls and gong, stillness, and a closing intention ritual for the season ahead.

☀️ Summer Solstice Ceremony: Return to Radiance ☀️
We are moving toward the Summer Solstice, the peak of light in the year.
This weekend’s Full Moon in Anuradha invites us to return to devotion — not devotion as pressure, but devotion as the steady tending of what matters.
As the light builds, this is a beautiful time to ask:
What helps my light stay steady?
What am I devoted to growing?
What gives me life?
Ray and I will gather on Saturday, June 20 at Flow Yoga Westgate for an evening of movement, breath, live music, sound healing, stillness, and intention for the season ahead.
This ceremony is not about doing more.
It is about remembering what gives you life.
