With freezing temperatures expected starting Saturday, please take the following steps to help prevent frozen or burst pipes:

✅ Keep your interior heat set to 60°F or higher at all times, even if you are away
✅ Protect all exterior hose bibs with insulated covers
✅ Remove and disconnect all hoses from exterior hose bibs
✅ Turn off sprinkler/irrigation systems
✅ Open cabinet doors under sinks (especially on exterior walls) to allow warm air to circulate
✅ Let faucets drip slightly during extreme cold if advised
