Tonight in downtown Austin — I’ll be at the legendary Elephant Room with Pamela Hart , celebrated by Austin Woman Magazine as “𝐴𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛’𝑠 𝐹𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝐿𝑎𝑑𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝐽𝑎𝑧𝑧.”

Pamela and I will be playing 9 PM–1 AM in one of Austin’s classic underground jazz rooms — the kind of intimate, late-night listening space where the city’s real music culture comes alive.

And there’s a nice full-circle connection: Pamela and I are also part of Austin Jazz Society’s “𝐴𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛 𝐽𝑎𝑧𝑧 𝐿𝑒𝑔𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑠” celebration next Wednesday at Monks Jazz, honoring four years of "Midweek at Monks".
