Tile kept popping off so we did some research. Turns out the mortar was hollowed out between the beam.

New heater, new equipment pad, and upgraded the sand filter to glass media. Glass lasts twice as long and has better filtration than normal sand.

Leak detection job. Found and repaired!

Variable speed pump upgrade. This makes the pool more efficient and saves money on electric bill.
