For this breast augmentation, Dr. Chike-Obi utilized an internal bra technique to provide additional long-term support for the implant and help maintain shape and positioning over time.
The “internal bra” is a supportive mesh placed internally during surgery that acts as reinforcement while the body heals. Over the following months, the mesh is gradually broken down and absorbed by the body, leaving behind strengthened internal support structures.
