Adopt, foster, or support us in our mission to give every hound a forever home! We are a small group of volunteers in the Austin and San Antonio Texas area. Unfortunately we are unable to rescue from other areas of the country.

ADOPTED! Slider has been adopted by the most amazing hound loving family!
Slider came to us from a shelter in the Dallas area. He was severely underweight and sick with kennel cough.
After many weeks of care from his foster family, Slider slowly regained his strength.
Upon seeing photos of him, Slider’s new family knew instantly that he was the perfect dog for them. It was love at first sight ❤️
Slider is now living his best life with a forever family who adores him and a hound sister to keep him company.

Meet Wemby! 🐶🐾🏀
This handsome young hound mix is dog friendly, and has never met a stranger. Wemby was found as a stray and is now getting the care he needs as he starts his journey toward finding a forever family.
Today is a big day for Wemby! He is headed to the vet for a wellness exam, vaccinations, f***l and heartworm testing, treatment for the skin irritation around his eye, and a neuter consultation.
Wemby is incredibly sweet, happy, and ready to make new friends. We can’t wait to learn more about him as he settles into rescue life.

Bindi came to us after she was abandoned at a shelter. From abandoned to adored and deeply loved, this is why we rescue!
