I'm a father of five, and grandfather of two, who has lived in Austin since 1981. I was born in Monterey, Mexico (but got here as fast as I could!). Little known fact: I used to sing Country music in venues across Austin. My earliest memories of Austin are visiting my grandparents, who lived here, riding the train in Zilker Park, feeding the pigeons, and swimming in Barton Springs Pool. I absolutely love Austin. With its natural beauty and amazingly talented residents, there's no other place like The Music Capital of the World, and there’s no place in the world I’d rather be.
