Did you know that when you practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, you’re activating parts of your brain and DNA that may have never been used before?! 🤯 ⚡️
That means that often, during your continued practice, you’ll discover newfound skills and creative gifts.
This is why this technology is so very sacred and powerful.
It not only makes you feel better in the moment- it has an effect on all parts of your life, including tapping into your inherent skills and creativity.
What are some skills you’ve discovered you have from your practice?

Have you tried setting alarms on your phone with an affirmation or mantra?
Just moments ago, I heard my alarm go off with this high frequency mantra: VICTORY.
It came at the perfect time.
I was doing dishing and listening to Guidance for how to respond to an email with someone who was doubting me.
Seeing this mantra was my reminder that…
⚡️I set the frequency. ⚡️
What I can control is my vibe. What I can control is consciously choosing victory.
When I’m tapped into victory, I am most powerful.
I then sent the email with grace, clarity, and empowerment.

Have you ever walked into a room that felt heavy?
Have you ever spent time in conversation that left you feeling drained?
Do you hold space for emotional healing or have hands-on work (hairstyling, massage, caretaker)?
Chances are, you’ve been exposed to lower vibrational energy and you’re likely holding onto it in your aura.
Just like showering or brushing your teeth, clearing your body of other people’s energy is a necessary part of your personal hygiene.
Here are a few of my favorite ways to clear unwanted energy and vibrations from my aura and body:
🔹Selenite: to cut the energy chords and clear the energy from my interactions of the day, I use a selenite wand in a wiping motion from head to arms to torso to legs.
🔹Sage: over a bowl or a plate, I light a sage bundle and waft the smoke over my body and in any room that feels heavy. *keep a window open for the energy to clear*.
🔹Salt: DYI salt scrubs are
1:2 ratio- one tbsp coconut oil, 2 tsp Himalayan salt (or Epsom salt).
Scrub your body, especially your arms and hands.
💎💎Most of these practices can also be done to your crystals from your !💎💎
(Note for salt: place salt and crystal in water for 24hrs for a deep cleanse. Make sure your crystal isn’t one of the few that can’t go in water! You can also simply place your crystal on top of the salt.)
