Mellie Price is director of the Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs and an assistant professor at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. She teaches graduate and doctoral students the academic fundamentals of entrepreneurship and practical skills required to advance business opportunities from conception to product launch. Price also brings her venture capital and business leadership expertise to Texas McCombs as the executive director of Texas McCombs’ Master of Science in Technology Commercialization program.
