Before opening, Headliners go through Playground’s business intensive program where they create a brand, menu, and establish processes necessary for launching a restaurant.

An important piece before launch are the stress tests, AKA “Practice Parties”. We fill up the dining room and see how our team handles service. The feedback we gain in invaluable.
