Hi I’m Jordyn! My fitness journey took off 10 years ago when I discovered Muay Thai—and shortly after, strength training. I fell in love with the way movement can build not just a stronger body, but also creates a ripple effect of confidence across every area of life.
That passion inspired me to develop a holistic approach to training. Through functional movement, strength and mobility, gut and hormone health, habit training and mindset work, I design well-rounded programs that go far deeper than rep counts and calorie ranges.
In the last six years as a trainer, I’ve gained experience working with a wide range of clients—from athletes and marathoners to complete beginners and clients 50+ picking up a dumbbell for the first time. My approach is highly customized and collaborative, designed to move beyond one-size-fits-all routines into a finely crafted path for lasting growth. The result? No more yo-yo lifestyle or cycles of two steps forward one step back. Just consistent progress, a body that feels like home, and power you carry into every part of life.
