My new favorite way to spend an afternoon.

Small intentional gatherings for women to
🩷 Pause the noise
🩷 Choose themselves
🩷 Decide what this next chapter holds

Come feeling overwhelmed and too busy to be here …
Leave a relaxed, confident version of you that’s crystal clear on what comes next.

Y’all.

My pink heart is so full. 🩷🩷🩷

Today’s afternoon retreat was all I hoped it would be (more to be shared soon) and then some.

The Almost Didn’t Come’s turned into the “I’m so glad I did”.

The reminders of how much we as women need to feel connected and supported as we navigate … LIFE.

My goal was to create a space for women I hand picked to feel special, supported and seen.

I didn’t expect to feel so filled up, loved on and validated in this calling.

THIS is what I’ve been missing.

It’s not about teaching. It’s about being me, leading you back home to yourself and sitting with you while you do. (It certainly helps to be in a gorgeous home by the water with a killer view.)

Who knew such important work could feel so easy and simple. And so damn good.

My only question … who is joining me next month?! 🩷🎉

My hot take on intuition.

How does it land for you?

More importantly- are you listening?

February Books:

📙 His and Hers by Alice Feeney - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Twist after twist. Another book to screen and I can’t wait to watch this series. The ending took me by surprise and I loved every minute of this wild ride.

📘 The Golden Couple by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ended up loving this book because of the strong ending even if it was a bit of a slog to get started. I enjoy a plot driven novel (have you seen my life?!) so this one moved a bit slow at first. We got there in the end!

📕The Book of Lost Names by Kristin Harmel - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This one came highly recommended and despite the fact that it’s a WW2 historical fiction and therefore was almost a DNF, this was so good. Character development was the glue that pulled it all together. I fell in love with these characters and was sobbing at the end when we said goodbye as I turned the last page. Usually the books about the holocaust rip my heart out and this one helped to restore some faith in humanity.

📗The Surrogate Mother by Freida McFadden - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ y’all. I needed a palette cleanser but I couldn’t get past the very basic writing. Sorry Freida! You do plot twists better than anyone I read and this one was good! It just wasn’t my favorite compared to some of ether other McFaddens I’ve read. This one took too long to take off. Still enjoyable. Still surprising!

📙The Griffin Sisters’ Greatest Hits by Jennifer Weiner - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Jennifer is one of my first favorite writers. She’s the one who got me reading again as an adult. For that reason I will always read what she writes. This story was a delightful slow burn. Sister relationships are hard for me to read about and understand, but this one was hopeful and inspiring. Such a sweet story of love after heartbreak with a good dose of “Wait. What really happened?”

Have you ever heard that when you receive flowers and they bloom, it means the person who gave them to you really loves you?

I don’t remember where I heard this or who said it but year after year it has felt so true.

💔 I’ve had men give me flowers that never bloomed. They were the ones whose love I’ve questioned.

😩 I’ve received flowers from men who I knew loved me more than I loved them. When those flowers bloomed it felt like a punch to the gut.

❤️ I have been madly in love, received flowers that opened immediately and felt such confirmation in those blooms.

These pink roses I bought for myself on the Chinese new year. They were a little treat for myself.

To indicate the luxurious abundance I am welcoming in this year.

A new standard was set.

They bloomed almost immediately. They haven’t started wilting yet.

Maybe … I really love myself. 🥰❤️
