Four sites in, MCA has turned it into a repeatable design for future builds across their network.
Turns out the best solutions aren’t always the traditional ones!

What Is a Site Plan? (And Why It Can Make or Break Your Project) 07/01/2026

A container building doesn't exist up in the sky. It exists on the earth inside a larger context.

That's how Falcon Projects Director Thomas Nevill puts it. And it's exactly why a site plan can make or break a permitted container project.

Without one, plan reviewers are forced to assume the worst. On one real project, adding proper site context took a 50-comment review down to 8. Same building. Same use. The only difference was context.

Our latest blog breaks down what a site plan actually is, why Falcon needs one before design begins, and what happens when it's late or incomplete.
