I almost joined the Air Force. The dream of flight and service never really left me, it just took a different route.

This Memorial Day, I’m remembering the path I didn’t take… and honouring those who gave everything so the rest of us could choose ours freely.

Some dreams evolve. Some return with the wind.

Grateful. Grounded. And always looking up.
