We provide yoga classes and success consulting for private, semi-private and corporate clients. Yoga is provided for clients seeking beginner, vinyasa, power, gentle, restorative and corporate yoga. Our specialized approach to yoga instruction also supports individuals who have specific needs such as athletes in training, people who are recovering from injuries, or those wanting extra individual attention.
