This shoot had me dreaming about booking a flight to Positano! And devouring loads of pasta while sipping Rosato! made the tastiest spaghetti all’abriaco - basically pasta cooked in red wine with lots of garlic and butter. Yum! - which gave it that deep burgundy color. She grilled a beautiful, silvery branzino and we had so many gorgeous heirloom tomatoes, the table was a rainbow of Italian hues.
