As Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month comes to a close, CommUnityCare Health Centers celebrates the many contributions AAPI communities have made to health care, public service, culture, and beyond.

We remain committed to advancing health equity, inclusion, and compassionate care for all—including the AAPI communities we proudly serve—not just this month, but every day.

We encourage our community to continue learning from AAPI voices, supporting AAPI-owned businesses, and helping build more welcoming and equitable spaces year-round.

We were proud to join in officially breaking ground on the new Colony Park Health & Wellness Center in Northeast Austin—a future hub for comprehensive, community-centered care in the heart of Colony Park. 🏥✨

When the center opens in 2027, patients will have access to primary care, dental services, behavioral health care, pharmacy services, lab services, wellness programs, and more.

CommUnityCare Health Centers is honored to partner with Central Health to help expand access to compassionate, patient-centered care for families in Northeast Austin.
