50th Anniversary! - CMPBS

Our July Open House was a special gathering with Tim Callahan launching his book, Hempstead, Architectural Details for Hemp-Lime Construction, Jean Lotus, publisher of HempBuild Magazine (.build), and Lauren Stanley and Caroline Dunn representing AIA Austin’s Resiliency & Climate Response committee, key to the City of Austin’s recent code approval of hempcrete.

Recognizing the profoundly catastrophic losses from the recent Hill Country floods, all contributions from the evening’s event, totaling more than $400, will go to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.

Since we didn’t get to see you all for our Holiday Party this December, we’re excited to welcome everyone to a springtime gathering at the Center instead! 🌱
