Sotol is a rugged desert plant native to Texas and the Southwest, known for thriving in harsh climates with very little water. After harvesting, the leftover fibers and plant material make an excellent long-term mulch that helps retain moisture, regulate soil temperature, reduce weeds, and enrich the soil over time. A sustainable Texas-grown solution for healthier gardens and landscapes. 🌵♻️

This plant was stuck the same size for 5 months! It was missing something—so we gave it a soil snack! In 3 months it sprung up and bloomed. When you’re not sure what’s missing, add gentle amendments to strengthen your soil biology.
