Mesquite river table with a stump base.

Hi friends!
We are starting a fun new project you will want to check out. We are creating a walnut burl river table. After this beautiful log was pulled from a muddy creek, we cut it, dried it over the last couple years, and now we are transforming it into a work of art. This is going to be a very special piece with a three-foot diameter burl in the center. The table top will net 1 3/4 x 40 x 8' with black pearl epoxy. The base is yet to be determined. Here's the thing about this table top- I would love it for my own dining room, but for the right price I will sell it. I am stating the bid off at $15,000. And the cut off day will be March 15 at 11:59 pm. We will be posting updates every couple days as we go through the steps so you can keep an eye on it.
