The Paloma:
2 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Cordial
0.5 oz
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Ice + soda water
Salt rim

Build over ice in a salt-rimmed glass, top with soda water, and garnish with DEHY because the details matter.

Cinco de Mayo deserves the full treatment. Hot Honey Margarita, finished with a dehy king orange + lime.

Recipe (makes 1):
2 oz Tequila
¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz orange liqueur
½ oz Hot Honey

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Tajin the rim, pour into your
glass of choice, and finish with a dehy orange + lime in the center.
