When someone you love is going through cancer treatment, it’s natural to want to help. ❤️

One of the most meaningful ways you can support them is by making eating a little easier.

A few ways caregivers can help:
• Keep easy, nourishing foods and snacks available.
• Offer small, frequent meals rather than expecting large ones.
• Be flexible. Food preferences and symptoms can change from day to day.
• Don’t comment on their food choices. They are adults with autonomy over their body.

Nutrition support is about reducing stress, meeting them where they are, and helping them get the nutrition they need during a difficult time.

And don’t forget to take care of your needs too ❤️

Share this with someone caring for a loved one with cancer.
