It’s the weekend! 🎉 but on keto, you can’t even LOOK at a carb, right? .... my face on the right says it all (and why portrait mode and I don’t mix) 😂 🤦🏽♀️
I’m here to tell you you CAN enjoy yourself, sip, & socialize without getting off track with your health & weight loss goals! (No Monday restarts here 🗓)
But...How...
It’s all about strategy >>> restriction! I’m all for enjoying a treat, but do so MINDFULLY + STRATEGICALLY. Consider the following 🤔
1. How will you feel after? Sometimes the sluggish sugar crash is worth it, every once in a while. Sometimes it really isn’t- and the craving dies here. I don’t want to need a nap on a weekend away 😴 I want to feel energized and enjoy my time! When I do indulge, we always skip the Uber and walk (great way to see the sites weather/situation permitting) to make use of that sugar right away.
2. Do you really want it? K. Then enjoy it! And savor the sh*t out of it!! 😋 What’s the point of a treat if you feel guilt immediately? Avoid this by assuring yourself you’re continuing with your healthy way of BEING (not just eating, all habits) immediately, not Monday, not even tomorrow. Let it be a blip on the radar.
3. Leads me to an IMPORTANT ONE: One thing doesn’t have to lead to another... avoid the snowball effect ⛄️ by planning to balance it out: If I want some fries, I know I’ll skip the bun. If I want the sugary but delicious coffee martini appetizer 🙃 I’ll keep dinner clean.

Got 10-15 Minutes? (Sure ya do 😜)... Let’s move together!
I’m going live with workouts✌️twice a week at 12PM EST for 10-15 minutes each:
Monday will be a targeted workout, 1-2 muscle groups like legs/glutes/arms/abs
Thursday we’ll do full body in 15 or less!
You need (usually):
◾️yoga mat
◾️set of dumbbells (2-5lbs)
◾️a resistance band
◾️a core ball
