Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
▢1 large banana (ripe)
▢1 cup strawberries (frozen Oregon berries recommended)
▢1 cup almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
▢1 teaspoon maple syrup (more if desired)

Instructions
Remember, Oregon strawberries are the best strawberries you'll find, and they're available year round in the freezer section!

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.

Healthy Mango Orange Banana Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup cubed peeled ripe mango
1 small orange tangerine, or clementine, peeled and sliced
1 banana sliced
1/3 cup yogurt or milk
1 teaspoon honey
5 ice-cubes optional, see note above

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend for 2 minutes until thick, creamy, and lump free. Check consistency and add more milk if needed. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
½ cup 2% milk
½ cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons PB2
½ cup ice
1 frozen banana

Instructions
Blend ingredients until smooth. Garnish with a sprinkle of PB2.

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
2 6-ounce containers of vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons finely ground instant coffee granules
2 large bananas , sliced and frozen
1/2 cup ice cubes , optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender (in the order listed.)
Put the lid on; start out your blender on low speed and increase to high.
Blend until smooth and you can no longer see the coffee granules.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
