Su***de Awareness Month and Mental Health Support have always been a focus of my life personally, as a physical therapist assistant helping people rehab after su***de attempts, and now as a patient advocate. Every person has their own truth about this and I will not making sweeping assumptions about any of it. Data helps when supporting more funding for support for these services but not when you are bearing witness to an individuals pain.
