In Pharr, Texas, one of the nation’s busiest border regions, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is nearing completion on the I-2/I-69C Interchange Project, a critical upgrade to improve traffic flow for local commuters and cross-border trade.
Led by the Dragados USA - Pulice Construction, Inc. Joint Venture, this 7.8-mile design-build project is helping relieve congestion, support regional growth, and keep goods moving smoothly through the Rio Grande Valley.
