He would later sing with the LA Phil performing Mahler’s Symphony No. 8, the recording of which earned a Grammy. Their journeys collided in the neon-lit alleys of Los Angeles, where they honed their craft backing up singer-songwriters in Hollywood's storied dive bars. It was here that their shared vision began to crystallize the distinctive synthwave sound of Calico Sky. Inspired by the city's creative energy and their deep-rooted connection to its music scene, the twins of Calico Sky invite listeners on a sonic journey where nostalgia meets futurism, and old-school melodies collide with a new wave of sound.
