Memories from April 2022… My friends thought I was a bit nuts at the time but they had no idea lol. The vision I had in my head was bigger than I was letting on. The first pic here shows the second tabletop at “Tunnel Vision” when it was just a pile of rocks. The second photo was three years later after thousands of hours digging out the rocky bowls, and tons of earth moved, stacked and shaped by hand. We’ve actually had people ask how we got the excavator down there 😂
Bowie Jumps, aka Tunnel Vision is still something I am incredibly proud of, even if you don’t see me out there hardly ever these days.
Clint and I are adding some sweet ridge line flow here to his backyard. Today I’m working on a section that requires small crib walls and I’m taking advantage of the good dirt to create something undulating and mostly free of rocks. It’s a lot of work and it will be completely invisible, but will help this section last for a long time.
