✨I have a new offering!✨ This is a passion project, born at the intersection of my interest and experience with facilitating nervous sytem integration, cultivating embodied awareness, and observing evolution/growth in relationships.

I'm hosting an IN PERSON, small group container for exploring how- as we heal, grow and evole- our sense of ourselves in relationship changes. Our needs and desires shfit, the way we inhabit our body becomes more noticable, how and with whom we spend our time changes, and we often find that we no longer tolerate things that were once acceptable.

If you are a woman who lives in the Austin area and you:

-sense that you are outgrowing an old version of youself
-desire real community and connection that includes compassion, space for reflection, and accountability
-want a facilitated group that is neither coaching nor therapy
-desire the exploration of changing values and needs in relationships as you and/or your life stage changes
