🟢Are comfortable navigating systems, learning new tools, and working within structured SOP-driven processes
🟢Maintain clean, organized, and accurate records so operational teams can move quickly and confidently
🟢Communicate proactively when information is incomplete, unclear, or causing delays without waiting to be asked
🟢Work independently with consistent reliability and strong written English comprehension

Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems, operations, logistics, dispatching, or service coordination is a strong advantage.
