I started my weight loss journey on March 23, 2026 after seeing myself in a picture… and I didn’t like what I saw.

I was forced to make a change.

I was 181 lbs then… and today I’m 175.

This is a slow win, but I’m learning that progress is still progress and consistency is what really matters.

I’m not rushing this. I’m building discipline, healthier habits, and a new lifestyle.

I’m going to reach my goal.

In order to change, you have to be honest about what needs to change. I’ve gained more weight than I ever have and I’m at my biggest right now. I’m not comfortable with how I look, and this is the body I have to live in.

Today, I’m choosing to make a change. I’m letting go of emotional eating, committing to my health, and starting this journey to become the best version of myself. One day at a time. 💪🏽
