WATER IS LIFE
Keep your kidneys healthy by being “water wise" and drinking the right amount of water for you.
A common misconception is that everyone should drink eight glasses of water per day, but since everyone is different, daily water needs will vary by person. How much water you need is based on differences in age, climate, and exercise intensity, as well as states of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and illness.

Healthy Resolutions and Habits
Your body goes through a lot during holidays and festivities - you get to enjoy foods that you may not be eating throughout the year, in quantities that are much more than you are used to. Which is why, as part of your annual resolutions, a health check should be on your to-do list.
As the year kicks off, get your body ready for yet another amazing experience. Have your doctor check your vitals and ask question about how you can lead a healthier life.

What can be mistaken for a kidney infection?
Kidney stones can be tricky, since they may have many of the same symptoms as a UTI or kidney infection – pain when urinating, needing to urinate often, cloudy or strong- smelling urine, blood in the urine, fever, nausea or vomiting.
To know whether you have a kidney infection or kidney stones, your doctor would need to do a consultation and provide you with a diagnosis.
