Growing this team has been one of the best parts of starting VITA! I was a one woman show until Taylor walked into the studio, then Katie, then Ellie, and now Kelly! They’ve been so patient with me learning how to navigate delegating responsibilities and use their strengths to help VITA grow. Each of these women bring something unique to our team and help support the business from classes, to social media, to policies, and being a sounding board. Their classes are also absolutely killer!!!! I’m a big believer that the right people will find their way to you because it is actually crazy that I didn’t have to post a job listing to find any of yall!!! Love my rodeo queens💕🌵☀️
